The OKASBO Board of Directors and I are presenting the OKASBO membership proposed changes to the OKASBO bylaws and constitution.  The proposed changes are designed to modernize our bylaws and constitution.  The changes will also provide for continuity of business for the association in the future.

We have never faced the business and social situations like we are currently experiencing. The recommended changes will allow the association to conduct necessary business operations if passed.

 Please click on the links below to read the bylaws and the constitution. The version you will see will have the new language underlined and in light blue and language to be deleted struck through and in red.

 We will hold an election on these changes beginning June 1, 2020, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending June 5, 2020, at 4:00 p.m.
