The OKASBO Fall Conference: Stronger Together will be held at Embassy Suites Norman Hotel and Conference Center on September 17th and 18th, 2025. This event unites school business officials, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth among finance and operations leaders. Through insightful discussions, expert-led sessions, and dynamic networking, participants will share best practices, discover solutions, and build meaningful connections to enhance excellence in school business management. Registration opened June 16, 2025 and exhibit booths are limited to 65. Register today!

Below you will find important details regarding our exhibitors:

  1. Our conference theme is: Stronger Together and will focus on the importance of districts working together as a team in their school business offices as well as working together as members of our association to promote strong business practices across our state. To help promote our theme, we want to invite your booth staff to wear team attire (i.e., company themed baseball jerseys/basketball jerseys, or agree on a favorite NFL/MLB team, etc.) during the exhibit times and provide a team game at your booth. 

  2. The Attendee List will be sent to our partners two weeks prior to the conference and all exhibitors the week following the conference. The list may NOT be used for marketing purposes.

  3. Lead capture will be available for purchase via the conference app.

  4. You will receive an email when booth assignments are available in the Exhibitor Portal and visible in the conference app. Partners will receive information regarding booth selection the week of August 25th. 

  5. Shipments are allowed to arrive at the Embassy Suites beginning Monday, September 15th.

  6. Shipping Information: Embassy Suites Norman Hotel & Conference Center Attn: OK ASBO / “Name of Vendor” 2501 Conference Drive Norman, OK 73069.

  7. Electricity is provided for all booths at no additional charge to you.

  8. Booth Details: Dimensions are 8'X8'. Two chairs, one wastebasket and a Wi-Fi connection are available at each booth.

  9. Setup: Tuesday, September 16th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm or Wednesday, September 17th from 7:00 am to 8:00 am

  10. Exhibit Times: Wednesday, September 17th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Thursday, September 18th from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.

  11. Door prizes will be managed by your booth staff and winners announced via the app during selected times. Details and times will be communicated the week of September 8th. 

  12. Tear Down: Thursday, September 18th at 10:30 am.
